The Oakland Raiders' quarterback search has led them to free-agent veteran David Garrard.The Raiders have reportedly reached out to Garrard, who remains unsigned after being cut by the Jacksonville Jaguars prior to the start of the season.Oakand is desperate for passing help after starter Jason Campbell was lost for the season to a broken collarbone in Sunday's 24-17 victory over the Cleveland Browns.With the Raiders left with Kyle Boller and soon-to-be-activated rookie Terrelle Pryor, the club has already contacted the Cincinnati Bengals about Carson Palmer in addition to speaking with Garrard.The Miami Dolphins acquired about Garrard earlier this season, but he balked when they refused to guarantee his contract. Rumors followed suggesting Garrard wasn't interested in playing, but he quickly refuted those stories, saying he was waiting for the right situation.
