An all-time franchise record for points allowed tied at 55, a 35-point deficit loss, 3 touchdowns and 1 field goal conceded in just two quarters… The Oakland Raiders defense certainly didn’t have anything close to a good game last Sunday, but the offense wasn’t much better either. New Orleans Saints at Oakland Raiders: Week 11 NFL Pick

New Orleans Saints (4-5) at Oakland Raiders (3-6) The Saints are overrated. Yes, they knocked off Atlanta, but Dallas, Carolina, Washington, and Oakland almost did so. Their defense is still a joke. Because of their defense, they rank 28th in yards per play differential and 25th in rate of sustaining drives differential. Their defense ranks dead last in both of those metrics. The...

Saints Nation: Scouting the Raiders

I'm trying to contain my confidence despite the fact that the Tampa Bay Bucs and Baltimore Ravens just poured 42 and 55 respectively on this Raiders defense. But when two decent offenses break the 40 barrier, you have to feel decent about the Saints doing it, right? On top of that, the Raiders' top two backs, Darren McFadden and Mike Goodson, aren't practicing as they...
