Raiders Taking a Look at T.J. Houshmandzadeh

According to ESPN AFC West Blogger the Oakland Raiders have apparently taken a look at signing receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh.  The Raiders want to bring in a receiver who Carson Palmer is familiar with. Palmer and Houshmandzadeh have been working out this fall before the Raiders traded for Palmer. Houshmandzadeh will have a physical Tuesday and if he passes his physical the Raiders will most likely sign Houshmandzadeh. This would be a huge mistake by the Raiders to sign Houshmandzadeh.  He’s slow and would bring nothing to the team except his bad attitude.  The Raiders have a lot of young receivers who would be getting less reps if the Raiders sign the 34 year old Houshmandzadeh. Plus why would you want to expose your young receiving corp to a player who has had problems with every team he has played for. Hue Jackson has to realize this isn’t 2007 anymore. I have to question some of the moves hes made since the passing of Al Davis.  Houshmandzadeh isn’t the answer. Related posts:Ra...
