Per a report from Alex Marvez of Fox Sports, The St. Louis Rams have agreed to terms with former Titans CB Cortland Finnegan. Finnegan was expected to be one of the most sought-after free agent cornerbacks in the current market. After a short visit with his former head coach Jeff Fisher, it appears they will be reunited.
Since joining the league in 2006, Finnegan has been impressive in the defensive backfield. He has brought in just under 400 tackles, and has picked off the QB 14 times. Most remember Finnegan by the scuffle he had with Andre Johnson.
Finnegan will join a Rams secondary that was relatively beat up last season and often injured.
