The Rams could decide to restructure Torry Holt?s contract, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The Rams could use the extra money on re-signing cornerback Ronald Bartell. Cutting or trading Holt would free up $8 million, but restructuring his deal would still save millions.
