The St. Louis Rams got some bad news on Friday. Rookie defensive tackle Michael Brockers does indeed have a high ankle sprain on his right ankle, an injury suffered in Thursday night's fourth and final preseason game against the Ravens.
Brockers had an MRI on Friday morning that confirmed the injury, according to the Post-Dispatch. The 14th overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft is wearing a cast on his leg. It is the same injury that put Sam Bradford on the shelf last season, and it is expected to keep Brockers out a month.

Fisher realistic about rebuilding task
After a year away, Jeff Fisher returned to the NFL refreshed, renewed and best of all, patient. Rebuilding the St. Louis Rams might take time.
