The Detroit Lions have now put an end to two unbelievable losing streaks this season -- their own, and St. Louis'. It was 19 straight losses for the Lions before they beat the Redskins in Week 3, and they haven't won since. The Rams last won a game on October 19, 2008, beating the Brad Johnson(notes)-led Cowboys, 34-14. Since then, they've barely ever been competitive, especially in the 2009 season. They lost by two to Washington and hung with the Jaguars until overtime, but they've also lost games this season by scores of 28-0, 35-0, and 42-6. But today, at Detroit's Ford Field, the Rams finally stopped their epic losing streak by beating the Lions, 17-10 for the first win of the Steve Spagnuolo era.It wasn't pretty at all.
