NFL Trade Rumors:
Jim Thomas of the St Louis Post-Dispatch reports that league sources have informed him that the Rams are expected to meet with RB Steven Jackson‘s representation at the Scouting Combine.
Jackson, 30, has a $7 million option for the 2013 season, but the expectation is that he’ll ultimately to void his contract and become an unrestricted free agent. It’s worth noting that both parties are believed to have mutual interest in coming to an agreement on a contract extension.
Thomas notes that St Louis wouldn’t be able to retain Jackson under the $7 million figure. Jackson would only void his deal under the assumption that he would be able to secure more guaranteed cash in his next deal.
The Packers, Steelers and Falcons have all been mentioned as potential suitors if he ends up testing the open market.

According to Greg Rosenthal of NFL.com, St. Louis Rams GM Les Snead says the team will not be franchising receiver Danny Amendola.
Amendola is scheduled to become a free agent March 12th, and both sides are working towards a deal. However, the tag will be north of $10 million and that’s too rich for a talented, but injury prone wideout.
Reports are both the Rams and Amendola...

FANTASY FOOTBALL ANALYSIS
If you had to sum up Sam Bradford’s NFL career so far in one word, that word would be inconsistency. Inconsistent in his statistical output, inconsistent in his mental awareness and most importantly, inconsistent in the offensive scheme that he...
Nothing like a bit of humility to help end a Thursday night on a good note. In this story courtesy of Larry Brown Sports, St. Louis Rams running back Terrance Ganaway has quite the story.
Ganaway who just finished his rookie season with the Rams made a decent living this year, bring in $390,000. That’s still comes out to $195,000 plus after Uncle Sam gets his cut.
It is hard to say just what the future holds for St Louis Rams running back Terrance Ganaway. He only appeared in three games all season, and didn’t record a single statistic. But hey, he’s on an NFL roster, that means he is probably making more money than anyone reading this, oh, and did I mention he’s on an NFL roster? But the Rams are not the only business that is employing...
