This week, Pro Football Reference published three articles rating QBs for all time. They showed the worst regular season QBs of all time, the best regular season QBs of all time and the best playoff QBs of all time. They ranked the QBs for both career and single season. First the good news, no St. Louis Rams appeared on the worst QBs list! The Worst QBs: The QB that appeared on the list for the St. Louis Rams, unsurprisingly, is the fan-favorite: Kurt Warner. Kurt's 1999 season is the 8th best of all time, according to the list. Also, his 2001 season ranks 32nd all time. They also rank Kurt the best QB of each of those two seasons, which is not surprising. On the strength of these two seasons, Kurt is then ranked as the 18th best QB of all time. Best QBs: They also rank the playoff QB performances for all-time. Kurt Warner is present as well on this list. He ranks 8th all time for his 1999 playoff run. Warner also ranks 4th all-time for his performance against the Titans in the Super Bowl after the 1999 season. Playoff QBs: The moral of the story is that we were all spoiled from 1999-2001 with great offensive and QB play. Let's hope Marc Bulger can get himself on the list in 2008 and beyond.
