Rookie Trumaine Johnson of the St. Louis Rams was flipped on his head just as he was about to haul in an onside kick in the first quarter, and left the field for tests. The team said Johnson had a hip injury and his return was questionable. Jamari Lattimore recovered the onside kick at the St. Louis 49 for the Packers, who had just scored on a touchdown pass from Aaron Rodgers to Jordy Nelson. That set up a 47-yard field goal by Mason Crosby for a 10-3 lead late in the first quarter. --- Online: http://pro32.ap.org/poll and http://twitter.com/AP-NFL
