According to Alex Marvez of FOX Sports.com, the St. Louis Rams have signed cornerback Cortland Finnegan to a five-year $50 million deal. Finnegan is one of the premiere corners in the NFL and jumped at the opportunity to re-join head coach Jeff Fisher in St. Louis.  Of course they’re both familiar with one another from their time in Tennessee.
