According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the St. Louis Rams have signed linebacker James Laurinaitis to five-year, 41.5 million extension that will run through 2017.  He’ll also receive $23.5 million guaranteed money. Laurinaitis is one of the great young players that the Rams can build their team around going forward. The 25 year-old Laurinaitis had 142 tackles, 3 sacks and 2 interceptions last season.
