According to Jason LaCanfora of NFL Network, Ravens CB Cary Williams has no immediate plans of signing his restricted free agent tender for at least a few weeks. Williams is coming of a season which he started all 16 games, but is hoping to secure a long term deal with the Ravens. By not signing his tender he will be unable attend OTAs which start Monday. The Ravens have shown interest in signing him to a long-term extension but price is obvious a concerning factor them as both Joe Flacco and Ray Rice are set to become unrestricted free agents next season.
