Ravens fill glaring hole, but are they done?

The Ravens still had a glaring hole following the 2023 NFL Draft but is CB Rock Ya-Sin, who signed a one-year, $6 million contract on Wednesday, the answer?

Ya-Sin joins cornerbacks Marlon Humphrey, Brandon Stephens, Trayvon Mullen, Kyu Blu Kelly and Jayln Armour-Davis in Baltimore. However, it doesn't sound like he's being handed the starting job.

He was asked what competing for the spot across from Humphrey means.

"That's a great opportunity for me. I feel like all of the guys competing for that spot are all going to fight tooth and nail to get that spot and play next to a guy like that," Ya-Sin said.

Ya-Sin is still only 26 and has 183 tackles, two interceptions, 27 passes defensed and two forced fumbles in his four-year career. But there have been rumblings that another cornerback may be added to the room soon.

That player is veteran CB Marcus Peters, who's played for the Ravens the past three seasons. Peters, who is 30, has totaled 138 tackles, eight interceptions, 25 passes defensed and six forced fumbles during his time in Baltimore.

Either way, it seems the Ravens' cornerback spot across from Humphrey is anyone's for the taking. So, get your popcorn ready as it may be the battle to watch come training camp.
