The Ravens have only made a handful of moves since the beginning of free agency last week. But how bad has their inactivity been compared to the rest of the NFL?
Baltimore is reportedly one of only two teams to have yet to acquire a player from another team, joining the Jaguars on the shortlist.
Just 2 teams have yet to acquire a player from another team since NFL Free Agency began: the Ravens and Jaguars.

The Cowboys and Rams have added 1 apiece, both via trade (Stephon Gilmore and Hunter Long).
Since the beginning of the new league year, the Ravens have officially resigned RB Justice Hill, safety Geno Stone and long snapper Nick Moore, lost guard Ben Powers and TE Josh Oliver, traded safety Chuck Clark, cut DE Calais Campbell and tagged QB Lamar Jackson.
The team has clearly lost more than it has gained which is worrisome to start 2023.
However, Baltimore's inactivity can be chalked up to the last name on the list. Jackson's future as a Raven has been up in the air for some time now and since being placed with the non-exclusive franchise tag, the team doesn't know what his potential contract will look like.
The tag guarantees that the Ravens can match any other team's offer in order to retain Jackson, but the move has tied their hands behind their backs.
Maybe as the second wave of free agency begins and contracts get cheaper, Baltimore will start to get more involved.
