Ravens offensive tackle Jah Reid remains sidelined due to a slow-to-heal strained right calf initially suffered in June when he was carted off the field.
Since that minicamp practice, Reid has aggravated the leg injury twice.
Although he wasn't placed on injured reserve, Reid still isn't able to practice.
"Yeah, it's definitely getting better," Reid said. "It's a process. It's something I've got to take care of."
Reid is relieved that he wasn't forced out for the season and still believes he will eventually play this season.
"It's right on the cusp," Reid said. "I'm doing tons of conditioning and weight room stuff, film room stuff. As far as actually using it to push around somebody, that's what we have to work on."

Doesn’t matter what Ayanbadejo stance is on Gay Marriage, the Ravens don’t own him, he is free to have his own thoughts. But, you see some politicians still think of humans as property and that is a huge problem.
I am glad this is being brought to light, because it says a whole lot about this politician mindset in regard to how he sees people.
Not as individuals, but as...

While the consensus is that Arian Foster should be the first overall pick in fantasy football for 2012 (though some disagree), there is great debate about who should after him. The two main contenders are Ray Rice and LeSean McCoy. Two very similar backs, but when your on the clock during your fantasy football draft [...]

All these years I have been lobbying for Art Modell to be elected to the NFL Hall of Fame before it's too late for him to experience the honor he deserved...It is now too late. When the topic of best wide receiver in the NFL comes up, it’s not much of a talking point this year. 9 times out of 10, whoever you ask will tell you Calvin Johnson is far and away the best and most dangerous receiver in the league. And usually you would think that one person out of 10 would argue that Larry Fitzgerald takes the top spot. Well, it looks like at least one person...
