No, Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice did not win the Preakness Stakes on Saturday, because the Preakness is a horse race, of course. Ray Rice's suburban Baltimore home was burglarized late Friday, according to the Baltimore County police.The burglar made off with $2,000 and two guns.
According to the Baltimore Sun, two guns and some cash was stolen from the home of Ravens running back Ray Rice in Reisterstown, Maryland.
Cpl. Cathleen Batton, a police spokeswoman, said the break-in occurred some time between 8:30 p.m. Friday and 12:50 a.m. Saturday, and was reported to police about 1:20 a.m. Rice was not home at the time, Batton said.
