The Baltimore Ravens have decided to sit running back Ray Rice for today’s regular season finale now that they have the AFC North wrapped up.
With Baltimore having wrapped up the AFC North title, Ravens RB Ray Rice is not expected to play today.

I’m not a fan of sitting players, but Rice is the Ravens’ best offensive player and they should rest him in this case.

Ravens set to close out season vs. Bengals
The Ravens are a perfect 4-0 under John Harbaugh in season finales. This one, though, is different than past season finales.

Your Week 17 Early Games Open Thread
Only four of the nine games in the early slate have any bearing whatsoever on playoff seeding. And one of them, Ravens-Bengals, could only possibly affect which team is the fourth seed or the third seed in the AFC, meaning Baltimore could only, combined with a Patriots loss to Miami, change which team the Ravens will host next weekend. That apparently isn’t significant enough that...
