Joe Reedy of the Cincinnati Enquirer writes that re-signing RT Andre Smith will be one of the Bengals “top priorities” this offseason. Reedy adds that after speaking with scouts and personnel directors from around the league, Smith could command as much as $9-$9.5 million annually in his next contract. Smith, 26, actually graded out as the No. 1 right tackle in the league this season, according to Pro Football Focus. He’s put together two solid seasons in a row, which is a big turnaround given how things started for him. We have Smith listed as the No. 11 best available player in our Top 50 Free Agents list.
