After issuing a harsh assessment of himself, Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall received so many calls from well-wishers that he had to tell them that he's not on "suicide watch."

"I had so many calls from other guys in the league telling me how great I was as a corner," Hall said. "And I'm, like, 'Dude, I'm not on suicide watch.' It was amazing, just the reaction that I didn't think it was going to get."

"I'm perfectly fine. Still swagged out. Still feel like I'm one of the best in the game."

Hall said that he heard from Arizona Cardinals stud wideout Larry Fitzgerald, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis after his critical comments.

On Sunday, the three-time Pro Bowler was personally beaten on two touchdowns and allowed Dallas wideout Dez Bryant to reel in a 26-yard reception on a key 3rd-and-15 to set up Dan Bailey's game-winning 39-yard field goal.

"I can't point a finger at anybody but myself. The way I'm playing right now, they need to go cut me, because I'm definitely not worth what I'm getting," said Hall, who is in the third season of a six-year, $55 million deal.

"You can't slip. I'm the reason we lost the game. Second time in a row against Dallas. I'm definitely a little (angry) at myself."

Hall allowed a 30-yard completion to Bryant late in the teams' first matchup as the Cowboys claimed an 18-16 victory.
