Anytime the New York Giants get together with an NFC East division rival, things have a tendency to get chippy. We saw that at various points throughout the night during New York’s loss to the Washington Redskins on Monday night, but for the most part it seemed like the officials did a good job of keeping things under control. However, Redskins cornerback Josh Wilson said there was plenty of post-whistle activity. When Alfred Morris fumbled in the third quarter, a pile-up for the ball led to some pushing, shoving and even a little kicking. As you can see from this video, Giants defensive tackle Linval Joseph swung his leg at Washington center Will Montgomery.
