Found January 03, 2013 on NFL Injury Report:
While Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III expects to continue wearing his protective knee brace into the playoffs, he said his sprained lateral collateral ligament feels “better every day, every week,” according to Barry Svrluga of The Washington Post. “It’s getting pretty close to just being mostly the brace,” Griffin said. “But the doctors aren’t going to let me take it off, I don’t believe, and [head athletic trainer Larry Hess] is not going to let me take it off. So I try to do as much as I can without the brace, and then whenever they find out that I don’t have it on, then I have to throw it on.” Griffin indicated that he may be more hampered by the brace itself than his actual injury moving forward. The dynamic rookie sustained the knee sprain during a Dec. 9 contest against the Baltimore Ravens. Griffin’s stats from Sunday’s win over the Dallas Cowboys wouldn’t indicate that he’s exactly sharp, as he completed only nine of 18 passes for 100 yards and no touchdowns. Still, coach Mike Shanahan doesn’t believe Griffin’s knee is impacting his accuracy, and the quarterback did manage to run for 63 yards on six carries against Dallas. Seattle Seahawks have too much MEAT for Redskins

In the NFC Division Wildcard, you must account for the Seattle Seahawks’ MEAT. I know it’s not the flashiest thing to talk about. I will concede that it’s easier to talk about Robert Griffin III and Russell Wilson (because we all know flashy quarterbacks win playoff games1). Hell, ESPN has virtually made it a quarterback combine competition. At this point I’m surprised that...
