As the Washington Redskins (3-6) prepare to face the Philadelphia Eagles (3-6) for week 11 action, the question all week is going to be whether they will be going up against turnover prone Michael Vick or the rookie who would be getting his first career start in Nick Foles. All eyes will be on the Philly practice reports this week. Michael Vick exited last night’s loss against the Dallas Cowboys with a concussion and did not return, turning the offense over to the rookie Foles during the 2nd quarter. Prior to leaving the game, Vick was 6-9 for 70 yards, 1 TD and had no interceptions. Foles finished the game 22-32 for 219 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT. The 1 interception was costly as it was returned by Dallas for a 47 yard touchdown. Normally a defense would chomping at the bit to see a rookie quarterback get their first start against them, but this is the Redskins defense we are talking about. A defense that seems to be the answer for all ailing NFL offenses. Will the post-concussion test results be the factor of who the Redskins will face? Or have the Eagles fallen low enough that they will decide the Andy Reid/Mike Vick era is over and move on to the Nick Foles (possibly Jon Gruden) era? With the way the Redskins defense has been playing, either one of them could present the Skins with different problems. ____________ So what do you say Redskins Nation, who would you rather face on Sunday: Mike Vick or Nick Foles? Feel free to post your reasons in the comment section below. Also, if your answer to the question is ‘neither, this defense stinks anyway’, feel free to post that as well.   Note: There is a poll embedded within this post, please visit the site to participate in this post's poll.
