One of the most indispensable Washington Redskins players will be unavailable for Sunday's game against Kansas City. Left tackle Chris Samuels, who sustained a neck stinger in the Redskins' second offensive snap yesterday at Carolina, has been ruled out, according to coach Jim Zorn. Zorn said Samuels has played the last several years with a narrowing of the spinal column but did not say if an MRI revealed any damage. He also did not put a timetable on Samuels' return.
