The Washington Redskins signed free-agent linebacker Bryan Kehl to a contract. Terms were not disclosed. After being drafted by the New York Giants, Kehl has played the last two seasons with the St. Louis Rams - primarily as a special teams player. Kehl would join inside linebackers London Fletcher, Perry Riley and Lorenzo Alexander on the Redskins' roster.
