During his brief career, the late Sean Taylor was respected throughout the league for his fierce competitiveness and willingness to lay it all on the line for his team. Knowing this, the Redskins have decided to move his locker from their training facility in Ashburn, Virginia to FedEx Field for public display outside the stadium.
Taylor’s locker was sealed with Plexiglass shortly after his murder in 2007, as a sign of respect from his fellow players and coaches, and has remained in its location ever since.
