The Washington Redskins and cornerback DeAngelo Hall have agreed to a one-year deal, reports NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. "It just felt right," Hall told WJFK-FM, via CSNWashington.com. "I feel like I still have a lot to prove. I feel like it was a family, and I wasn't ready to give my family up." Hall was released last month in a salary cap move, and there was a slight chance he could end up back with the team if they could agree on financial terms, and if he couldn't find a job, which is extactly what happened. The one-year deal is worth roughly $2 million, the Associated Press reported, citing a person familiar with the agreement. Looks as though the Redskins weren't too confident about landing CB Antoine Winfield, who they wined and dined in the hopes he would choose Washington at his next home. They reportedly brought out RG3, Mike Shanahan and owner Daniel Snyder to all make their pitch to Winfield during dinner last week. Winfield is currently on vacation and will make his decision when he returns, says Rapoport. var switchTo5x=true; stLight.options({publisher:''});
