Although Hunter Smith has not been officially ruled out because of his pulled groin, the Washington Redskins are formulating a plan of which punters will try out on Tuesday. Smith was injured on his first punt in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay. "His MRI came out decent," coach Jim Zorn said on Monday. "It's not severe but it is going to possibly keep him from participating.
