The San Francisco 49ers have reached an agreement with free agent quarterback Josh Johnson.The San Francisco Chronicle, citing a league source, reported the deal was for two years.The 25-year-old Johnson has spent the past three seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, seeing extensive action in only one game last season.A fifth-round draft pick out of San Diego in 2008, Johnson saw his only regular playing time in 2009, when he made four starts.
