According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports via Josh Katzowitz, the Chicago Bears fear that quarterback Jay Cutler suffered whiplash during today’s loss to the Vikings.
According to CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora, the reason for that is because the team fears Cutler might have suffered from whiplash. La Canfora’s source said the team will know more after further evaluation scheduled for Monday.
“The early prognosis looks like he will be OK,” La Canfora wrote, “but [the Bears] will await further word after Monday’s evaluation.”
The Bears have a big game next week when they face off against the Packers. If Green Bay wins, they’ll clinch the NFC North.

Releasing Nnamdi Asomugha would make sense for the Eagles
According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, if the Philadelphia Eagles decid to bench cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha from here on out, they would save a lot of money.
Another option for the Eagles would be to release Asomugha after the season, since there wouldn’t be a cap hit.

Chicago Bears Lose Game, Perhaps the Season to the Vikings
