Found May 11, 2012 on Queen City Sports:

According to multiple sources the Buffalo Bills have come to terms on a contract with former Titans and Eagles quarterback Vince Young.

Young worked out for the Bills last week in Orchard Park, but originally left without a contract.  The deal is for one year worth $2-million with $1-million in playtime bonuses.

Young left Buffalo last week to potentially seek work with a different team, but it didn’t work out and he soon found himself back in Buffalo.

The high-profile quarterback will compete with Tyler Thigpen for the backup position behind incumbent starter Ryan Fitzpatrick. Bills General Manager Buddy Nix said prior to Young coming in that he would not be brought in to compete for the starting spot.

New Bills defensive end Mario Williams tweeted in regards to the signing, “Congrats to @VinceYoung glad to have you!”
