All Things Philly Sports:
The player that still remains in the hearts of all Eagles fans is coming home. According to Jeff McLane of the Inquirer, Brian Dawkins, who announced his retirement last week, will sign a one day contract and retire as an Eagle. Dawkins had been with the Broncos for the last three seasons but will certainly be better remembered for being the anchor of the Eagles defense through all of those NFC Championship games.Expect Dawkins to get a celebration at an Eagles game this season and for his #20 to be retired. After that, expect plenty of Hall of Fame debates. I know how we all feel about B-Dawk but its not exactly easy for safeties to get into the Hall.

With the Denver Broncos second round pick of former Arizona State quarterback Brock Osweiler, reasons for some of the team's recent decisions have become a little more clear. Apparently, the Broncos new draftee already has ties to the Broncos President John Elway.
Osweiler told DenverBroncos.com in an interview today, “Jack (Elway) is one of my best friends. We lived one...
The Denver Broncos finally participated in the draft on Friday night after trading out of the first round on Thursday.
During the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos traded their 25th pick to the New England Patriots for a fourth rounder and the 31st pick. The Broncos then traded the 31st pick and the fourth rounder from New England to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers...
The Denver Broncos shocked the world by drafting Maurice Clarett in the third round in 2005. He has since gone from big time running back to armchair quarterback. Clarett, whose off-the-field trouble derailed any chance he had of enjoying a successful NFL career, decided to utilize Twitter during the first two days of this year's NFL draft, and he's been very opinionated...

The Denver Broncos have selected Omar Bolden with the 101st pick of the 2012 NFL Draft.
It is becoming apparent that whoever scouts the Southwestern United States has the most sway with the top brass as the Broncos...
The NFL’s network, in a desperate attempt to mention Tim Tebow and generate attention, is releasing it’s Top 100 Players of 2012, as supposedly voted by the players. On Saturday evening, NFLN released rankings 91-through-100.
One member of the Denver Broncos has already made the list, veteran running back Willis McGahee. Somewhat amusingly, McGahee is ranked higher than...
Maybe trading Tim Tebow was a good thing for the Broncos. In the second round of the NFL draft on Friday night, Denver picked quarterback Brock Osweiler with the 25th pick -- 57th overall. The former Arizona State quarterback only spent one full season as a starter in college. In 2011, he finsihed 326-of-516 for 4,036 yards and 26 touchdowns. In 2009 and 2010, he was mainly used...
Before the Denver Broncos inked free agent and future Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning, the AFC West champions were showing great interest in former ASU signal caller Brock Osweiler. Evident by their second round draft selection tonight, that interest never waned despite the Broncos’ colossal signing.
Sorry I am running late today! I slept in after staying up late mostly complaining about the Denver Broncos first actual day of drafting. I’m hoping for some VALUE picks today, rather than more reaches. Go Broncos!

Somewhere, no doubt in proximity to a spotlight, Tim Tebow is giggling. The No. 25 draft pick was Tebow’s parting gift to the Broncos.

The Denver Broncos are heading into the 2012 NFL regular season with QB Peyton Manning under center, which additional pieces was Denver able to surround him with for next season? Short answer? Not many. With seven picks in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos added just three offensive players and only two might help out Manning in 2012. Bronco’s head coach John Fox, a defensive...
The Philadelphia Phillies honored one of the greatest athletes in the cities history tonight. Former Philadelphia Eagles safety Brian Dawkins threw out the first pitch before tonight’s game against the Chicago Cubs. Dawkins came out to the field wearing a Jimmy Rollins jersey and fittingly the pitch went B-Dawk to J-Roll. The crowd gave Weapon X one hell of a welcome.
Omar Bolden’s motto of “Positive Living” is an attitude that kept his spirits up in time of great adversity. It was probably also the productive mindset that had led the former cornerback to fulfill his professional career aspirations. The Denver Broncos once again selected a Sun Devil player in 2012 draft, this time drafting Bolden in the fourth round and the 101st pick overall.
