Former Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Joey Porter was released from jail in Bakersfield, Calif., three days after he was charged with writing bad checks in Las Vegas. According to reports, Porter paid a $70,000 debt to Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas and was released Monday. Porter, 35, retired in July after a 13-year NFL career that also included stops with Miami and Arizona.
