The Pittsburgh Steelers just cant seem to catch a break as far as injuries go to players lined up in their backfield. Ed Bouchette reports Wednesday morning via Twitter that starting running back Isaac Redman will need an MRI done now on his injured groin.
Redman initially suffered the groin injury during the Friday Night Lights practice almost two full weeks ago, but the injury did not prevent him from playing Thursday night in the Steelers first preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Last night it was reported by Mike Bires of The Beaver County Times that Pittsburgh Steelers starting right outside linebacker James Harrison quite possibly could need his knee scoped over the course of the coming weeks if it does not improve. On Wednesday, Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported that Harrison is back in Pittsburgh today to have that knee examined.
