Good news for Chicago Bears fans and probably better news for Jay Cutler. He passed all of his concussion tests and has been cleared to play, both CBSSports.com and the Chicago Sun-Times are reporting. Clearance from an independent neurologist was the final hurdle he needed to jump, and he's now getting ready to start Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings.
