Les Snead has accepted an offer to become general manager of the St. Louis Rams, according to NFL Network's Jason La Canfora.Snead was previously the Atlanta Falcons' director of player personnel and has filled various roles within the organization for the past 13 seasons.Snead began his career as a scout for the Jacksonville Jaguars.St. Louis fired general manager Billy Devaney and coach Steve Spagnuolo on Jan. 2.after the Rams finished 2-14.
