According to Clark Judge of CBSSports.com, there’s virtually no chance that wide receiver Mario Manningham will be returning to the New York Giants next season. Manningham is expected to follow former Giants quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where Sullivan is now their new offensive coordinator. He would be a great fit with the Bucs because he already knows the offensive system that Sullivan will be running. Manningham recently told the Youngstown Vindicator that he believes there’s a “75 percent” chance he won’t be back with the Giants.

Manningham: 'I didn't say that'

Wide receiver Mario Manningham denied Tuesday saying that there is a 75 percent chance he would leave the Giants in free agency. "I didn't say that," Manningham said on WFAN Tuesday morning. "You know how rumors get spread, I didn't say anything like that." The original quote was reported last week by Manningham's hometown paper, the Youngstown News...

Giants WR Mario Manningham believed to be heading to Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Over the week at the NFL Combine, reports surfaced that there is virtually no chance that free agent WR Mario Manningham will return to the club in 2012. Instead, it’s now believed that the receiver will be heading to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers once free agency starts in order to reunite with Mike Sullivan. The New York Giants are the reigning Super Bowl Champions but...

Manningham all but gone from New York?

Coming off the exuberance and excitement of their Super Bowl victory, the Giants didn’t show too much concern at the prospect of losing impending free agent wide receiver Mario Manningham to another club this off-season, but the signs are beginning to mount that Manningham’s departure is all but guaranteed. Sources close to the team passed along the news to Clark Judge of CBS...

Manningham '75 percent' sure he's gone

Mario Manningham is almost certain that his brilliant catch on the winning drive of Super Bowl XLVI will be one of his last in a Giants uniform.   The 25-year-old receiver is “75 percent” sure that he won’t be re-signing with the Giants when he becomes an unrestricted free agent on March 13. ...

Mario Manningham ‘expected’ to sign with Bucs

On Saturday, there was a reported ‘75 percent‘ chance Mario Manningham has caught his final pass — and what a catch it was — with Big Blue. Well, as we’re finding out a day later, that number could stand to be bumped up to the full monty. Sources tell Clark Judge of CBSSports.com there is “virtually no chance” Manningham returns to the Giants, as the free agent is “expected”...

Manningham prepared to leave Giants

Both Giants coach Tom Coughlin and general manager Jerry Reese in the past few days have expressed doubt about the team's ability to retain receiver Mario Manningham, who on March 13 is set to become an unrestricted free agent. Based on Manningham's own words, it seems as if he is already thinking about the Giants as his former team. "I'm ready for whatever, man...

Report: Giants will let Manningham become a free agent

According to Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com, New York Giants wide receiver Mario Manningham will hit the free agent market once it begins on March 13th. So far the Giants and Manningham haven’t made any progress on a new contract and this doesn’t come as a surprise. It doesn’t make sense for them to sign him when they’ll eventually have to pay both Hakeem Nicks and Victor...

Mario Manningham is “75%” sure he’s leaving the Giants

I still believe that it is in the stars that the Raiders will make a contract offer at some point. They always give Super Bowl heroes ridiculous contracts. I know Al Davis is dead, but in his name, they will probably give New York Giants WR, Mario Manningham, as $60 million deal. Until that time arrives, Manningham is probably considering on reuniting with former Giants QB and WR...

Clark Judge: Giants WR Mario Manningham Expected To Join The Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Cincinnati Bengals have a primary receiver and a bunch of slot receivers heading into the 2012 season. What they don't have is a wide receiver opposite of A.J. Green, helping tame coverages and allowing Andy Dalton a decent outlet in case Green, Jordan Shipley and Jermaine Gresham are covered. One wide receiver that fans have identified is New York Giants wide receiver Mario...

Mario Manningham doesn’t feel the love in New York

Having Hakeem Nicks and the emergence of Victor Cruz, Mario Manningham isn’t feeling the love in New York. The Super Bowl hero, who made the play of the game with an unbelievable over the shoulder catch, gave his prediction on the Giants retaining him. Manningham gave 75% as a number that represented his odds of leaving the Giants. While General Manager Jerry Reese refused...
