Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid told the media on Monday that quarterback Michael Vick suffered a significant concussion this past Sunday.
According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, Vick’s concussion is pretty serious.
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, it truly is a “significant” concussion, from the perspective of the grading that applies to head injuries.
If Nick Foles has an impressive game on Sunday, he could be the Eagles quarterback for the rest of the season.
