The Green Bay Packers' Pro-Bowl safety Nick Collins is reportedly in good condition after he was carted off the field with an upper body injury in the fourth quarter Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, CBS Sports reported. Collins, who appeared to have suffered a head or neck injury, has movement in all extremities and his CT scan was negative, according to CBS Sports. Collins suffered the injury as he attempted a tackle on Panthers' running back Jonathan Stewart. Collins dove at Stewart and his helmet collided with Stewart's hip area, causing Collins' neck to bend awkwardly, NFL.com reported. He was taken off the field in a stretcher, but was seen making a slight wave to the crowd as medical personnel took him off the field. Green Bay won the game 30-23. Collins has been selected for the Pro Bowl on three occasions and won a Super Bowl ring last season with the Packers.
