Found March 21, 2013 on NFL Trade Rumors:
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that free agent WR Ted Ginn with sign a one-year deal with the Panthers. Ginn, 27, recently visited with the Bengals and Panthers, but a recent report indicated that he was mulling over an offer from Carolina, so it’s not all that surprising to see him reach an agreement with the Panthers. He’s never had a major impact as a receiver in the NFL, but he’s been a pretty effective kick return for the 49ers and Dolphins. Wide receiver is an obvious position of need for Carolina, so it will be interesting to see if they target a wideout at some point during the first few rounds of this year’s NFL Draft. We have Carolina drafting Louisiana Tech WR Quinton Patton in the second-round of our recently updated 2013 NFL Mock Draft. The tuck rule is gone; let’s remember its finest moment

The NFL owners voted to eliminate the infamous tuck rule, the rule that gave Tom Brady second life in his first playoff game. It was a bad rule, it will always be a bad rule if they decide to bring it back and every New England Patriots’ fan knows they got away with murder that day.
