Defensive end Chris Long has agreed to a four-year contract extension with the St. Louis Rams, according to FOX Sports' Jay Glazer. Financial terms of the deal were not available, but the contact is believed to be "huge," according to the report. Long, 27, had 13 sacks last season and has 30.5 sacks in his four-year NFL career. Long is the son of former Raiders defensive end Howie Long.

Long has been getting better each year and really busted out in 2011 with 13 sacks.
Former Atlanta Falcons Pro Bowl fullback Ovie Mughelli has signed a one-year contract with the St. Louis Rams.
Mughelli played in only seven games last season due to a torn medial collateral ligament in his right knee.
Mughelli was cut in May.
He was scheduled to earn $3 million this season prior to being released.
Mughelli, 32, visited the Rams and the Miami Dolphins earlier this year.
