The Washington Redskins offered journeyman free-agent safety Madieu Williams a contract, the Washington Post reported. Terms of the proposed deal were not disclosed for Williams, who visited the club on Friday. Williams, 30, played 15 games for the San Francisco 49ers last season, but only collected nine tackles.
