According to Chick Hernandez of CSN Washington, Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III called the wrong pass protection on the final offensive play in which he threw the game-sealing interception. Redskins team sources confirm to me Robert Griffin III called the wrong protection on their final offensive play. His post-game comments regarding “no one got open” rubbed teammates the wrong way considering the miscommunication. Today the locker room was unified in their support of the QB. Before training camp, Hog Heaven read a few whispers that some Redskins players weren't that happy with Robert Griffin III. they felt he cost them their best chance at a playoff win by remaining in the Seahawks game in the second half.
