Found April 16, 2012 on Pro Football Zone:
PLAYERS: Matt Flynn
TEAMS: Seattle Seahawks

According to Peter King of SI.com, if Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill falls out of the top ten, the Seattle Seahawks would love to take him, even though they signed Matt Flynn as a free agent.

“At Tannehill’s workout,” one source told King, “[coach] Pete Carroll was giggling like a schoolgirl watching him throw. His attitude was like, ‘What are we even doing here? He’ll never be there for us.’ ”

If the Seahawks ended up landing Tannehill, it would give them two potential franchise quarterbacks and they could let Tannehill sit while Flynn tries to prove himself.

  • It would be good if the Seahwaks Front Office can take 1 QB from the draft. RT would be perfect.
  • From no qb to two potential franchise qb s. sounda good, but more of a dream... hard to beleve. ether way i m a fan

A few things I love about Seattle re-signing Leroy Hill & Matt McCoy

Welcome back boys! Leroy Hill was selected in the third round of the 2005 NFL draft by the Seattle Seahawks. That draft seems so long ago, the team plays a completely different style of football today, yet somehow Leroy Hill manages to hold on to the team despite his love affair with Mary Jane. The reason? Because when he is out on the field he is a decent linebacker who’s...
