Reports out of Houston suggest the Texans will aim to sign quarterback Sage Rosenfels after he passes a physical with the Miami Dolphins.Rosenfels is on the Dolphins' reserve/non-football illness list as he recovers from a blood infection. The Dolphins intend to grant him his release after he completes a physical with the team.Houston is desperate for quarterbacking help, with top option Matt Schaub out for the season with a foot injury and backup Matt Leinart suffering a broken collarbone in Sunday's 20-13 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.Rosenfels, who would be placed on waivers if cut loose, suited up in 19 games for Houston from 2006-2008, making 10 starts. He hasn't thrown a pass since.In the meantime, T.J. Yates will continue to start for the Texans, who host the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
