According to Les Bowen of Philly.com, both the Eagles and Texans have reached out to Eric Winston following his release from the Chiefs last night. Word is, the Eagles were one of the first two teams to reach out to Drew Rosenhaus, who represents Winston, and so many other former Miami Hurricanes. The other team to express immediate interest apparently was the Texans, who drafted Winston in the third round in 2006. He has been incredibly durable, starting every one of the 96 NFL games scheduled since he became a fulltime starter in 2007. Winston previously played for the Texans from 2006 – 2011 and bolted for the Chiefs last season in free agency. The Eagles could certainly use Winston on their line, after struggling to keep Michael Vick upright last season.   Need NFL Tickets? var _CI = _CI || {}; (function() { var script = document.createElement('script'); ref = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; _CI.counter = (_CI.counter) ? _CI.counter + 1 : 1; docume...
