Tebowmania hit New York, and he was much more of a media distraction than an actual cog in the Jets plans to win football games. He never really competed for the starting job, and his use on the field was more gimmicky than anything else. Teb-OH-NO: The Grim Outlook of Tim Tebow’s NFL Future

Today marks the official end of Tim Tebow’s run in New York. When the Jets made that call, they had no shot at the playoffs, several major contributors were injured (see: Santonio Holmes...

Thankfully, we haven't heard too much noise lately from the Bristol underworld kingdom of First Take.  Tim Tebow's NFL career being on life support and the brilliant play of LeBron James have worked against two of the show's long-standing pillars - that Tebow is a winner and James is not.  Instead of building a show on a solid foundation of insight and analysis, ESPN...

April 29th, 2013 will be remembered as an important day in American pro sports as Jason Collins came out in a Sports Illustrated exclusive as the first active gay athlete in the four major sports.
