Geno Smith Case Declared Inactive By Police

Following an incident in June when police were called to Jets quarterback Geno Smith‘s home over a battery allegation, the case has been dropped. According to ESPN’s Rich Cimini, the case has been “declared inactive by police.” Cimini adds that the investigation has concluded and no charges will be brought against Smith.
