Coach Andy Reid said during his Monday press conference that quarterback Michael Vick has a "pretty significant concussion." A source told Yahoo! Sports that "it's a pretty strong bet" Vick will be rested for the remainder of regular season. Vick sustained the concussion during Sunday's 38-23 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, which dropped the Eagles to 3-6. Reid did not rule Vick out from playing this week's game against the Washington Redskins, but he must undergo the league's mandated testing protocol before he can play.
