Joe Flacco might soon cash in on his Super Bowl run. The Baltimore Ravens quarterback hopes to negotiate a new contract that will pay him $20 million per season, according to multiple media reports. Such a deal would put him in the financial ballpark with two one-time Super Bowl winners: Peyton Manning, who has a five-year, $96 million deal; and Drew Brees, who has a five-year, $100 million contract. Three-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady has a five-year, $78.5 million deal. According to Sportrac.com, Flacco is in the last year of a five-year, $29.75 million contract. If the Ravens don't re-sign Flacco following the Super Bowl, they could use the franchise tag to retain him. That would give Flacco a salary of approximately $14.6 million.
